About Hannah

After a decade building companies, I was stressed, overwhelmed, and burnt out. I felt broken, but I was dysregulated. Learning to understand my thoughts, feelings, and behaviours through the lens of my nervous system changed everything. Breath became the doorway back to myself.

 

That journey of learning and teaching became Reset.
